Project 1: Rural Health Services in Khalshibunia
Purpose
The main objective of this project is to establish the Khalshibunia Health Center in Batiaghata, Khulna. The center will serve as a specialized facility for the diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and prevention of common health problems among rural residents. By providing accessible and affordable health services, the project aims to improve overall health outcomes and the quality of life of the people of Khalshibunia and the surrounding villages.
Key Objectives
- Provide basic diagnostic services for early detection of diseases.
- Ensure access to essential medical treatments and medicines for rural communities.
- Offer counseling and education programs on nutrition, hygiene, maternal health, and family planning.
- Introduce preventive measures against communicable and non-communicable diseases.
- Reduce the travel and cost burden for villagers who currently must seek medical care in distant cities.
Partner Organization
Goriardanga Manufacturing Schools (GMS), Batiaghata, Khulna.
GMS will act as the implementation partner and support the project through community mobilization, resource sharing, and coordination with local stakeholders.
Project 2: Technology and Know-How Transfer in Solar Energy Generation
Purpose
The project aims to establish a production facility for small-scale solar modules specifically for lighting purposes in rural and peri-urban areas. This will improve access to sustainable, affordable, and environmentally friendly energy and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
Key Objectives
- Establish a local production facility for the manufacture of small-scale solar modules.
- Transfer of technology and expertise in solar technology.
- Create jobs and promote local value creation.
- Provide affordable solar products to low-income households.

Partner Organization
SUNEC Ltd., Niarala, Khulna will act as the technical partner, providing technical expertise, training, and consulting services, as well as supporting the development of production capacity.
Project 3: Supporting Cooperatives with Production and Management Know-how
Purpose
The project aims to strengthen cooperatives in the Khulna region by imparting production and management know-how. The focus is on promoting skilled crafts, capital formation, and ensuring product availability. By establishing efficient structures and providing practical training, the cooperatives are empowered to increase their competitiveness and promote sustainable economic development in their communities.

CPMS acts as an implementation partner, providing training, consulting, and organizational support, and acting as a link between cooperatives and regional markets.
